Our Registered Patent

A unique technology for the production of luxury packaging bags — woven and sealed directly on the loom.

Patented Technology

Heat-Sealed Bags in a Frame

We hold a patent for the production of packaging bags for the world of luxury accessories — a revolutionary process for the creation of heat-sealed bags woven and sealed directly in the loom frame.

The bag is woven and sewn on three sides directly on the frame, enabling any size to be produced with a considerable saving on fason costs — there is no longer a need to sew the bag after production.

The impact on cut waste is also significantly reduced, as the rejection of out-of-specification pieces is eliminated at the sewing stage.

Key Advantages

  • Woven and sealed on three sides directly in the loom — no post-production sewing required
  • Any size can be produced with a single process
  • Available in any Jacquard design, plain, or logo — 100% customisable
  • Completely different colour linings possible — white on white for leather bags sensitive to dye migration
  • Ideal for leather accessories and jewellery, preventing staining from solvent treatments
  • 30 to 40% cost saving vs. traditional bag production

Technical Description

How It Works

Produzione al Telaio

The bag fabric is woven on a standard industrial loom, with the heat-sealing process integrated directly into the weaving cycle — creating a finished three-sided bag with no need for downstream sewing.

Jacquard & Libertà di Design

The Jacquard weaving system allows unlimited design options: brand logos, geometric patterns, or plain weaves — all produced in the same process with no added cost per design.

Fodera a Doppio Strato

A revolutionary feature allows for completely different colour linings on the inside versus outside. White-on-white interiors protect delicate leather goods from dye migration caused by solvents used in leather treatment.

Efficienza dei Costi

By eliminating the sewing stage, savings of 30 to 40% compared to traditional bag production are achievable. This makes premium packaging economically viable even for smaller production runs.
